Wildflower honey is a polyfloral honey: the bees collect nectar from a wide palette of wildflowers growing in the fields and hills around Virovitica. For generations, the same family has worked here with respect for nature. Harvested raw, nothing added.
That variation is precisely what makes wildflower honey special. The color, taste, and aroma vary slightly per season and harvest. That is not a flaw, that is nature. Of all the varieties in our range, this is the most versatile and accessible everyday honey.

Wildflower honey has been valued for centuries as the most everyday natural food, a spoonful a day as an energy source and soothing agent. Traditionally used for fatigue, a sore throat, or as daily support from within. The variety of flowers makes this honey, in folk wisdom, the most complete daily honey there is.
Becomes creamy in texture
Wildflower honey crystallizes faster than acacia honey, due to the rich mix of nectars. This gives the honey a creamy or slightly firm structure that is delicious on bread. Proof of purity. Place the jar in a bowl of warm water to let it melt gently.
