Return Policy & Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
After notifying us of your return, you then have another 14 days to actually send the product back.
Important condition: hygiene & product condition
Because honey is a natural product and subject to hygiene guidelines, the following conditions apply:
- The product can only be returned if the jar is unopened and unused
- Products with an opened cap cannot be returned for hygienic reasons
- The product should – if reasonably possible – be returned in its original state and packaging
Return costs
The costs for returning are for your own account.
Because we work with glass jars, we recommend always sending your return shipment with track & trace via a reliable carrier such as PostNL or DHL.

Damaged or incorrectly delivered product
Has your order arrived damaged or did you receive an incorrect product? Please contact us as soon as possible via info@habibeezzz.nl.
In that case, we will always ensure a suitable solution.
Refund
After receiving and checking the returned goods, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the same payment method used for the original payment.
