General Terms and Conditions HabibeeZzz

Article 1 – Definitions In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

  1. Reflection period: the period during which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal;

  2. Consumer: the natural person who is not acting in the exercise of a profession or business and who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur;

  3. Right of withdrawal: the possibility for the consumer to withdraw from the distance contract within the reflection period;

  4. Entrepreneur: HabibeeZzz, the provider of products at a distance;

  5. Distance contract: a contract where exclusively remote communication techniques are used.

Article 2 – Applicability These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from HabibeeZzz and to every agreement concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.

Article 3 – The offer

  1. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the honey products. The images are a true representation.

  2. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind the entrepreneur.

  3. All prices in the webshop include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless stated otherwise. As HabibeeZzz operates within the EU, no additional import costs apply for shipments within the EU.

Article 4 – The agreement The agreement is concluded at the moment of acceptance of the offer by the consumer and the fulfillment of the conditions set forth therein. HabibeeZzz will promptly confirm receipt of acceptance electronically.

Article 5 – Right of withdrawal

  1. When purchasing products, the consumer has the option to dissolve the agreement without giving reasons for 14 days. This reflection period starts on the day after receipt of the product without opening the product.

  2. During the reflection period, the consumer will handle the product and its packaging with care.

  3. Please note: Due to the nature of the product (foodstuffs), the right of withdrawal expires as soon as the seal of the honey jar has been broken after delivery (see Article 7).

Article 6 – Costs in case of withdrawal If the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, the costs for returning the products are for the consumer's account. HabibeeZzz will refund the paid amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after withdrawal, provided the product has been received back in good order.

Article 7 – Exclusion of the right of withdrawal The entrepreneur excludes the right of withdrawal for:

  1. Products that can spoil quickly or age.

  2. Products of which the seal has been broken after delivery, which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene.

Article 8 – The price During the validity period stated in the offer, prices will not be increased, except for price changes due to changes in VAT rates.

Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty HabibeeZzz guarantees that the products comply with the agreement and the specifications of 100% raw honey stated in the offer. Any defects must be reported within a reasonable period (preferably within 7 days) after discovery.

Article 11 – Delivery and execution

  1. The entrepreneur will exercise the greatest possible care when executing orders.

  2. The place of delivery is the address that the consumer has made known.

  3. Accepted orders will be executed expeditiously, usually within 1-3 business days, unless a longer delivery period has been agreed upon.

Article 12 – Payment The amounts owed by the consumer must be paid via the payment methods offered in the webshop (including iDEAL, Bancontact, Credit card).

Article 13 – Complaints procedure Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted fully and clearly described to info@habibeezzz.nl. We aim to process them within 7 business days.

Article 14 – Disputes Agreements between the entrepreneur and the consumer to which these general terms and conditions relate are exclusively governed by Dutch law.

Article 15 – CESOP In accordance with European legislation, payment data may be registered in the Central Electronic System of Payment information (CESOP) to prevent VAT fraud.
