Our Immunity Mix combines raw honey from Virovitica with three special bee products: propolis, royal jelly, and bee pollen granules. For generations, this combination has been used within our family as part of a daily natural routine. Harvested raw, with nothing artificial added.

The taste is intense, slightly spicy, and more complex than ordinary honey — with a gentle sweetness and a subtle earthy undertone. Thanks to the bee pollen and propolis, the mix has a richer, slightly thicker texture. You can feel the pollen granules — that's not a flaw, that's craftsmanship.

What's in this mix?

Propolis

The bees' natural protective agent. Collected from trees and plants, known for its protective and cleansing properties. Used for centuries in Eastern European folk medicine.

Royal Jelly

The exclusive food of the queen bee — the only thing that distinguishes her from an ordinary bee. Contains a unique combination of proteins, amino acids, vitamins, and bioactive substances. Traditionally associated with vitality and energy.

Bee Pollen

Considered one of the most nutritious bee products. Naturally contains proteins, essential amino acids, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. The granules you feel in the mix are pure and unprocessed.

Raw honey

The natural base of the mix. Raw harvested from the acacia forests around Virovitica — with all enzymes, pollen, and aromatic substances intact. Nothing added, nothing removed.

In our family apiary in Virovitica, these products have never been pharmacy products, but simply part of the daily table. This mix is that tradition in a jar.

Texture & crystallization

Due to the presence of pollen and propolis, this mix has a richer, slightly thicker texture than ordinary honey — and that's exactly how it should be. Raw honey naturally crystallizes over time. Proof of purity. Taste and quality are fully preserved. Stir the mix or place the jar in a bowl of warm water to soften it.

Antwoord: Onze honing is de perfecte natuurlijke vervanger voor geraffineerde suikers voor het hele gezin. Let echter op: zoals bij alle honing wordt het afgeraden om dit te geven aan kinderen jonger dan 1 jaar.

  • Bewaaradvies: Bewaar de honing op een donkere plek op kamertemperatuur (bijvoorbeeld in een keukenkastje). Zet honing nooit in de koelkast; dit versnelt het kristallisatieproces en gaat ten koste van de smeerbaarheid.

Dit is juist het bewijs van de hoogste kwaliteit! Echte, rauwe honing kristalliseert na verloop van tijd. Dit is een natuurlijk proces dat aantoont dat onze honing niet is oververhit of industrieel gefilterd, waardoor alle gezonde pollen en enzymen nog aanwezig zijn.

  • Tip: Wil je de honing weer vloeibaar maken? Zet de pot dan simpelweg even in een bakje met handwarm water (maximaal 40°C). Zo blijft de vitale kracht van de honing behouden.
