Flower honey is a polyfloral honey: the bees collect nectar from a wide variety of wild flowers growing in the fields and hills around Virovitica. For generations, the same family has worked here with respect for nature — raw harvested, nothing added.
That variation is precisely what makes flower honey special. The color, taste, and aroma vary slightly per season and harvest. That's not a flaw — that's nature. Of all the types in our assortment, this is the most versatile and accessible daily honey.

Flower honey has been valued for centuries as the most everyday natural food — a spoon a day as a source of energy and a soothing agent. Traditionally used for fatigue, a sore throat or as daily support from within. The variety of flowers makes this honey, in popular wisdom, the most complete daily honey there is.
Crystallization — what you need to know
Flower honey crystallizes faster than acacia honey — due to the rich mix of nectars. This gives the honey a creamy or slightly firm texture that is delicious on bread. Proof of purity. Place the jar in a bowl of warm water to let it melt gently.
